Denim Mills 01 no. of USED/Re-Conditioned biomass fuel based co-generation (Combined Heat & Power) Plant for its processing unit.

The said Plant should comprises on;

· Biomass fuel based boiler

· Steam turbine with controlled steam extraction

· Alternator

· Fuel feed system

· Ash handling system

· Air pollution control system

· Boiler water treatment system

· Cooling tower

· Air compressor

· Distributed Control System.

· All associated accessories required for plant operation

The Capacity of the Co-generation Plant required for US Denim process is;

Electricity Generation capacity: 3.0 MWe at 11,000 volts, 50-Hz, 3-phase

Steam extraction capacity: 15.0 tph at 140 psi, 350’F

Biomass fuel to be used will be, wood, wood waste, hulls, corncob, rice husk, etc.

Dismantling, shipping, overhauling/re-conditioning, supervision of erection, plant commissioning, guarantees, warrantees will also be required as a part of the deal.
