We are looking for a complete garment setup for Denim with following specifications.

Cutting

Automatic Cutter (preferable GERBER or Bullmar) Qty 1 ~ 3

Vacuum Tables Qty 3 ~ 5

Embroidery machines (upto 20 head)

Sewing

Approximate 500 sewing machine (plus minus 200 machine)

Machines should range from single needle, double needle, chain stitch, lock stitch, bartak, 5thread etc.

Automatic machines like Pocket setter, pocket creasing, Pocket embroidery will be preferred.

Finishing

Should be suitable for all type of Denim Garments.

Laundry

All type of Dry Process machinery i.e Scrapers, dummies, curing ovens.

All Wet Process machinery, i.e. Stone Washings, Hydro extractors, Dryers.
